"Born in France and having grown up in Paris, Patricia Abramovich drank in her visual surroundings, then emigrated to Israel where she found inspiration in painting. "Art for me is the freedom to create with no boundaries, to express the diversity of color from which the human soul is composed." As her work has evolved to express this freedom, which is an essential element of her works, she changed from the use of brushes to pallet knives. This gave her works a sense of strength through powerful gestures and texture created by her use of these knives.
